What we collect: your name, email address, phone number and address; booking and payment details (card payments are handled securely by our payment providers and we never see your full card number); your medical history, consultation and consent forms, treatment notes and before and after photos, which we need to treat you safely; messages you send us; and information about how you use our website, such as pages visited and your device and browser.

How we use it: to book and carry out your treatments safely; to manage your membership and take payments; to send appointment reminders and aftercare advice; to reply to your enquiries; to keep the records we need for insurance and legal reasons; and, only if you agree, to send you offers and news. We rely on your consent, on carrying out our agreement with you, on our legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Health information is only used to provide your care and is never used for marketing.

Who we share it with and cookies

We only share your information with trusted services that help us run the business: Wix (our website, online booking, memberships and payments), Faces (our booking, consultation and consent system), our payment providers, and Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for website statistics and advertising. We never sell your information.

Keeping your information and your rights
